LURE Marks Its Entry into India – Partners with CIRIL to drive branded real estate

Posted on October 2, 2026

LURE Holdings, the global luxury advisory and brand strategy platform, today announced a strategic partnership with CIRIL, one of India's leading real estate advisory and market intelligence platforms, to identify and unlock branded, luxury and experience-led real estate opportunities across the country.

India's luxury real estate market is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by rising wealth, evolving consumer aspirations and increasing demand for projects that deliver not only quality and location, but also identity, experience and global brand associations.

The partnership combines LURE Holdings' global expertise in branded real estate, luxury hospitality, and lifestyle-driven experience creation, along with its access to a network of more than 300 leading fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands, with CIRIL's deep market intelligence, developer ecosystem, and extensive understanding of India's real estate sector. Together, the two organizations aim to accelerate the growth of India's branded real estate market by connecting globally recognised brands with high-potential development opportunities, enabling developers to create differentiated assets, unlock greater value, and establish distinctive market identities in one of the world's fastest-growing luxury markets.

The collaboration will focus on connecting leading international luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, fashion and retail brands with suitable opportunities across India's premium real estate landscape.

Speaking on the occasion, Salvator Felous, Chairman and CEO – Luxury Fashion, Retail Concepts, Brand Modelling, LURE Holdings, said, “India stands at a pivotal moment in the evolution of its luxury real estate market. Rising wealth creation, increasing global exposure and a growing preference for identity-led experiences are reshaping buyer expectations across the country. Today, India represents one of the most compelling opportunities for luxury, lifestyle and hospitality brands seeking long-term growth through real estate. Our partnership with CIRIL brings together international brand expertise and deep local market insight to help unlock this potential thoughtfully and strategically.”

Vijay Sarathi, Founder, Co-founder and Chairman, CIRIL, added, “The future of luxury real estate is not defined by a name on a building, but by the strength of the experience behind it. India is one of the world’s most exciting growth markets, and through our partnership with LURE Holdings, we are creating a platform that connects global brand thinking with local market opportunity.”

The partnership is expected to contribute to the continued evolution of India’s premium real estate sector by bringing greater strategic alignment between global brands and local market opportunities. By combining international brand expertise with deep market intelligence, LURE Holdings and CIRIL aims to support the creation of differentiated, experience-led developments that resonate with a new generation of luxury consumers.
