Zomato, India’s food ordering and delivery platform, has announced a dedicated AI-powered hotline (89200 89200) that makes onboarding as a delivery partner as simple as making a phone call. The initiative transforms what was traditionally a multi-step process into a seamless WhatsApp-based experience that takes just 15-20 minutes from start to finish.

The call initiates an AI-enabled WhatsApp journey where onboarding and background verification unfold in minutes. Just an ID proof is needed to complete the process and begin earning: start to finish in under 20 minutes. Since announcing the hotline, the company has been receiving 40,000+ calls weekly, demonstrating massive demand for flexible earning opportunities.

The initiative builds on Zomato's broader mission to expand accessible earning opportunities across India's 800+ cities, offering delivery partners weekly payouts, flexible working hours, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
