Rallis India Limited reports 7% Revenue growth in Q1 FY27; EBITDA and PAT grow by 23% and 31% YoY respectively

Rallis India Limited (A TATA Enterprise) is a leading player in the Indian agri-inputs industry announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Announcing the results, Dr. Gyanendra Shukla, Managing Director & CEO, Rallis India Limited, said, Rallis delivered a resilient performance during Q1 FY27, driven by focused execution across businesses, improved profitability and continued investments in strengthening our portfolio and capabilities. The Company reported revenue of ₹1022 crore for the quarter as compared to ₹957 crore in the previous year, registering a growth of 7% year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 31% to ₹125 crore compared to ₹95 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
 Business Performance: Q1 FY27                                                                                                                                                                    
During Q1 FY27, the Company delivered broad-based growth across businesses, supported by focused market interventions, portfolio strengthening initiatives and improved profitability.
The Crop Care business reported revenue of ₹ 697 crore, registering a growth of 7% YoY, primarily driven by strong growth of 19% in the B2C segment, partially offset by a decline of 19% in the B2B segment during the quarter. The business strengthened its Crop Protection portfolio with the launch of three new products – Balwan (Herbicide), Prodim Ultra (Herbicide) and Kengen (Insecticide). Strategic product placements, targeted field programmes and focused liquidation initiatives further supported business performance during the quarter.
The Soil & Plant Health (SPH) segment delivered a growth of 10% YoY, supported by focused portfolio management, prudent pricing actions and continued contribution from Biostimulants, Biofertilizers, and Organic products. The commercial launch of Aquafert Ginger and Turmeric further strengthened the portfolio during the quarter.
The Seeds business reported revenue of ₹325 crore, registering a growth of 6% year-on-year, driven by strategic product placements and focused pre-season initiatives. During the quarter, the business strengthened its portfolio with the launch of nine new products across Cotton, Paddy and Millet crops, including two new Cotton hybrids for North India and a Herbicide Tolerant Direct Seed Rice product under the Dhaanya brand.
